Registration Information:

TEAM ROSTERS:

• You do NOT need your full Team Roster to register your team, you only need a Team Name.
• Team Roster names can be added via your CampVine account any time prior to midnight MST on Friday, December 6, 2024.
• After Friday, December 6, all Team Rosters will be final and cannot be changed. 
• Adult Teams must have a minimum of 4, and can have a maximum of 6, players per team.
• Youth Teams must have a minimum of 4, and can have a maximum of 8, players per team.

TEAM NAMES:

• Team Names can be changed up until midnight MST on Friday, December 6, 2024.
• After Friday, December 6, all Team Names are final and cannot be changed. 
• Youth Association names cannot be used as Youth Team names for the Tournament, or placed on the jerseys. Please work with your youth players to come up with a fun and creative team name for your 9280 Team Jersey and for our tournament schedule.

 

Please Note: Register only for the correct Division, skill-wise, for your team. If your Division is full, do not sign up for another Division simply to secure a spot. This will not guarantee you a spot and could possibly disqualify you from the tournament. 

Teams are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If your team is accepted at time of registration, the Team Captain/Manager will receive an email as such. If your team is placed on our Waitlist due to your Division being full, an email will be sent.

Feel free to contact us regarding Waitlist status, we will make best effort to accept your team as space allows.

REGISTRATION POLICIES:

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations received by midnight MST on Friday, December 6, 2024, will be issued a full refund minus a $250 fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellations after midnight MST on Friday, December 6, 2024, at which time all monies paid will be forfeited.

Release & Waiver:
All players will be requried to sign multiple liability release forms ONLINE prior to check-in on Friday, January 24, 2025 for both Vail Resorts and the USJDP, Inc,. dba the 9280 Pond Hockey Tournament, acknowledging they understand and accept that there are risks involved in participating in any and all recreational activity, are aware of those risks, and are voluntarily participating in the 9280 Pond Hockey Tournament with knowledge of the risks involved. 

Links to the Waivers will be sent directly to each participant listed on your Team Roster. No players will be allowed to participate without signing and submitting said waivers.

Injury Policy:
Unfortunately, injuries are a natural occurrence in a contact sport such as hockey. As a result, refunds will not, and cannot, be given for injuries.

Weather Policy:
Tournament directors will make all decisions on ice and weather safety. The 9280 Pond Hockey Tournament is not liable for your team's travel, such as but not limited to air travel, lodging expenses, auto rental, and personal auto travel. If the event is cancelled prior to January 24, 2025 due to weather or ice conditions, your team has two options:

1. You may hold your team spot for the 2026 - 9280 Pond Hockey Tournament
2. You may receive 25% refund of the registration fee back

 

We reserve the right to use the names and photos of registered team members and team names for all tournament promotion, including the website, press releases, media and marketing.
